This well known restored custom/classic is nicknamed "HARERAZN" due to it's radical custom design. Featured car in American Rodder, Bloomington Gold Special Collection, Chip's Choice at Carlisle, Eye's on the Classics, and Mark Martin's Klassix Museum in Daytona Beach, Fl. Originally purchased new at Beaty Chevrolet in Knoxville, Tn. and customized in 1959 by Buster Dobbs. "HARERAZN" has also received the following awards and special recognition: Boyd's Pro Pick at Indy Good Guy's, ISCA Best Radical Custom, Chip's Choice at Corvette's at Carlisle, Bloomington Special Collection at Springfield, Il., Top 25 Kustom's of America at Pigeon Forge, Tn., feature car at Eyes on the Classics at Grosse Pt., Mi., feature car at Strait's Area Auto Show - St. Ignace, Mi., feature car in American Rodder Magazine, feature car in Vette Magazine, featured in Corvette Fever magazine and just recently (March 2003) won 3 awards at the Corvette Expo Diamond Award Show in Knoxville, Tn., (2003) Bloomington Historical Award, and Carlisle (2003) participant in the 1953 Corvette reunion featuring 53 1953 Corvettes.
